If any item fails to meet your expectations, please contact us to arrange an exchange for another product or a full refund.
***This applies to the first time purchase of any one full unit of any of our products, when used as directed by a Greasebugs.com consultant.
Please contact us right away if:
- Your order was damaged in shipment. Save the original carton, packing material and damaged goods.
- You received a defective item or one that did not perform as expected.
- There are items that you didn't order, or missing items. Please check your packing list and invoice for backorders or partial shipments.
