If any item fails to meet your expectations, please contact us to arrange an exchange for another product or a full refund.
This applies to the first time purchase of any one full unit of any of our products, when used as directed by a Greasebugs.com consultant.
Please contact us right away if:
Your order was damaged in shipment. Save the original carton, packing material and damaged goods.
You received a defective item or one that did not perform as expected.
There are items that you didn't order, or missing items. Please check your packing list and invoice for backorders or partial shipments.
